Our Story
BluJoy Labs grew from years of hands-on experience in proposal writing and government contracting support, and a desire to make that expertise available to more businesses.
We started with a simple aim: to give small businesses access to specialist support at a cost they can manage. We brought together capabilities in GovCon support, AI and application development, and design, so clients can access the skills they need as their businesses grow.
Whether the need is ongoing proposal support, a business application or a new website, we work with clients to define an affordable, practical scope—with clear deliverables and the right people involved.

Anil Kumar
Founder & Principal Consultant
Anil brings 15+ years of experience in discovery, presales, solution consulting and proposal management across commercial IT services and U.S. Federal and SLED markets. He works with clients to understand business challenges, clarify requirements and shape practical solution approaches, bringing together specialist expertise to support technology initiatives and competitive pursuits.
Kariappa
Principal Consultant, AI & Solution Engineering
Kariappa brings over 13 years of experience across enterprise technology, implementation, customer success, presales, solution consulting and business development. His strength lies in understanding complex business requirements and translating them into practical, technology-led solutions. In recent years, his work has increasingly focused on AI-enabled solution design, rapid prototyping and identifying where AI, automation and conventional software can be combined to solve real business problems. He works closely with customers and engineering teams from early-stage requirement discovery and solution shaping through feasibility, commercial positioning and delivery, with a strong focus on turning ideas and ambiguous requirements into solutions that can actually be built and used.
Bobin Thomas
Principal Consultant, Design & Engineering
Bobin brings 14+ years of experience in product design and user experience across enterprise SaaS, ERP, fintech, banking, eCommerce and travel. His strength lies in taking complex business workflows and turning them into products that people can understand and use without training. In recent years, his work has focused on AI product design and design engineering, where he defines how AI features should behave in front of users, builds working prototypes in code, and creates design systems that engineering teams can implement directly. He has led design teams and run his own design studio, and he works closely with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders from early discovery and user research through prototyping, usability testing and delivery, with a strong focus on designs that still hold up once they are built and in daily use.
